 All goods sold in the store are subject to a return/refund policy Customers reserve the right to cancel orders before processed for delivery. Once   good(s) have been delivered, the return/refund policy states as follows:

• Upon delivery, customers can return goods, immediately, should they not be satisfied due to incorrect/damaging of good(s). Full refund will take 2 days for local customers and 7 days for international customers.

• In an event where good(s) has tangible defect(s), it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us ( within 48 hours of delivery. Customers will qualify for a full refund subject to confirmation of defect(s)

 All good(s) set to be returned to the store will be collected by a delivery service.
